Three shapes the work takes
In detail, with the practical questions clients actually have.

One of three
Executive 1:1
Twelve weekly sessions of sixty minutes each, with the option to extend in three-month renewals. In week one we pick three threads to run all the way through — usually some combination of a specific relationship (a peer, a report, a board member), a specific decision you keep deferring, and a pattern that keeps showing up. I take notes; you do not. Between sessions you have my email for the things that cannot wait.
$5,800 per twelve-week arc, payable monthly. About 70% of clients renew once.
Two of three
Leadership offsites
Two days in person with a leadership team of five to nine. Designed around a real decision the team needs to make and has been deferring — not a fake exercise. Day one is conversations that are normally avoided; day two is the decision and the commitment. I send the pre-read three weeks in advance; you spend the offsite present. Best done off the company premises, by a coast or a forest if your geography allows.
$22,000 flat-rate for the two-day arc including design, facilitation, follow-up note, and one 1:1 with each leader within thirty days. Travel billed at cost.

Three of three
Career transitions
A quarter-long arc through a deliberate transition into the next role. Phase one (weeks 1–4) is clarifying what the next role actually is and is not. Phase two (weeks 5–8) is the search and the interviews. Phase three (weeks 9–12) is the negotiation and the first thirty days. Most useful for senior IC moving into management for the first time or operators changing companies; not the right fit for an exploratory “should I be doing something different?” — that is what the executive 1:1 is for.
$6,500 flat-rate for the twelve-week arc. Includes a one-time post-transition session in the first ninety days of the new role.
