Thirty minutes, no preparation
A free thirty-minute Zoom to figure out whether the coaching is right for what you’re working on. If it isn’t, I will say so and tell you what I would do instead.

Two sentences is plenty. Tell me what you’re working on, what role you’re in, and three time windows that work for you in the next two weeks. I will reply within one business day with a Zoom link.
What the call is and is not
- It is a real conversation about the work in front of you. We will spend most of it on you, not on me.
- It is not a sales call. There is no pitch deck, no five-step process, no “let me close you on the engagement” energy.
- At the end we will both know whether the coaching is the right next step. If it is, I will send the engagement letter. If it isn’t, I will tell you what I would do instead.
